Please check all goods before signing for them. If this is not possible please sign that the goods are unchecked for damage. If goods arrive damaged please sign the delivery note “item damaged”. Then notify us within 3 working days by one of the contact methods described below.

We will send you returns note to complete and arrange the free collection.

You will have the choice of replacements which will be dispatched as quickly as possible or store credit, we do not give refunds.

We do not exchange, refund or credit for incorrect choice or quantity.

We do not accept returns due to variance in moss colour or moss texture. Like all natural materials, moss inherently differs in colour and pattern — every tree, plant, lichen, moss is one of a kind. Please take this into consideration before making your purchase. 

All our Moss Art are made by hand, and not machine-made  . No two items will be exactly the same and will vary slightly from the product picture. The preserved plants are hand glue and the designs are all unique from each other. As with anything handmade, there will be imperfections and variances.  there may be slight differences from product to product. We work to minimize this and are still able to deliver a beautiful work of natural art.

The geographical area of ​​delivery corresponds to the geographical area covered by the offer. The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form. The delivery starts upon delivery of the product to the carrier. The delivery note given by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery will constitute evidence that the product has been transported and delivered.

Upon delivery, the customer must check the contents, conformity and condition of the products. In case of delays, damages, total or partial loss or any other problem, it is up to the customer to exercise any recourse with the carrier. Any responsibility attributed to Easygreen Interior is void. Therefore, upon delivery, Easygreen Interior advises the customer to proceed with the observation of the state of the delivered products before signing the acknowledgment of receipt. If anomalies are noticed, the customer must refuse the delivery of products or expressly state their reservations in writing. These reservations must be confirmed with the carrier by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the three following (3) working days after the delivery of products. A copy will be sent to Easygreen Interior. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday).
